Free management training session included with the training.
Session A for all staff online training: de-escalating conflicts, risk factors, warning signs, active shooter, and more. English and/or Spanish. Also available in SCORM-compliant files, or mp4/video for group training.
Session B for managers and supervisors (optional, not mandated by SB553
Workplace Violence Plan templates, checklists, and forms for easy compliance. Posters and employee communications.
Employee certificates and online compliance tracking
Training records are stored for 1 year
