SCORM is a technical standard for training curriculum. SCORM stands for Sharable Content Object Reference Model, making integration into Learning Management Systems a snap. SCORM dictates how elearning content interfaces in various Learning Management Systems (LMS).
We provide the SCORM files, and you post to your LMS. Assigning classes and tracking and recordkeeping are done through your LMS.
This makes it simple to expand your library offering to staff and managers. Our vast library of classes includes mandated training, HR topics, and courses on quality, customer service, employee wellness, and practical managerial topics on interviewing and hiring, performance reviews, coaching, delegating, and more!
